Charging Troubleshooting

Make sure LINKA unlocked

Make sure that you are charging your LINKA while it is unlocked. If LINKA is charged when it is locked, the siren will go off.

Damaged USB Cable

In some cases, the USB cable will be damaged during shipping. When you plug it in, the red light will not turn on. Try to use a different micro-USB cable, and your LINKA should charge normally.

Different Power Supply

If the LED does not turn on after testing multiple cables, you will need to find a power supply with a higher amperage (ideally 2.4 A).
