If you have a solid blue or green light, follow these steps to fix the problem:
1) Open the left-menu sidebar on the LINKA App
2) Press the text with the email address 10 times (It might also say "Facebook User").
3) Press "Yes" to enter "Firmware Recovery Mode".
4) Follow the directions and Toggle Bluetooth
5) Make sure the lock is awake and Solid Blue
6) Start the Update
